Victor Souza is a Brazilian visual artist and tattooist.
He earned his degree in Fashion Design in São Paulo (Brazil), where his studio is based. Victor's artistic endeavors explore dynamism, transformation, and themes connected to the subconscious.

Victor's childhood encounters with fiction, nature, and physics profoundly shape his creations, characterized by a vivid, dynamic imagination—a moment transcending the finite; often delving into themes of origin, flow, and their dimensional complexities.

"Art is an echo of the subconscious, an expression of the void within each of us," declares Victor.

His art serves as a contemplation of our emotional response and consumption of visual information. Drawing inspiration from artists like Mark Rothko and Kazimir Malevich, his contemporary pieces evoke restlessness and movement, mirroring the viewer's evolving interaction with the artwork.

In his work, Victor summons a spirit that conveys dynamism and sensations, vacillating between existential emptiness and overflowing sentiment, a pursuit to navigate the mental wilderness encountered throughout life.

With contrasts between control and dynamism, washes charged with tension and energy dissolve into a subtle macrocosm that extends beyond mere creation. An exploration to unfurl his creations into visions and materials beyond, striving for a multidisciplinary artistic process.
